The burden of sovereignty: Because we employ zero-knowledge architecture, you alone are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and encryption keys. Loss of your private keys will lead to permanent data loss. XloudOne cannot recover what XloudOne cannot see.

As our ecosystem evolves, so too will our services. Material updates to these fundamental terms will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date.
